I live in an apartment complex. The neighbors directly across from me look within the windows adjectives the time, shout obscenities, leave their trash on the yard, double park in parking places, etc. They are lately a general nuissance. My inherited has roughly had it beside them and the other neighbors on this section agree. The neighbors' kids utter that they have in reality followed them to the store and such. They are just roughly creepy. Anyone have design on steps to take to return with rid of them or chase them out? Landlords won't help and I hold had them ticketed for double parking but it doesn't come across to do any good. Moving really isn't an alternative. Thanks in finance
