Before you get worked up over my family's desire to assassinate these creatures, please know that these frogs are not native to Florida, and are disturbing our intuitive habitat, as they've killed the original treefrogs. They are making their way up through FL to GA and LA and they are a annoying person. A prof. at UF recommends that when you find one you humanely euthanize it by using benzocaine (I think) on his skin and afterwards placing in a baggie and putting surrounded by the freezer. I can't put frogs in my freezer. I don't want to touch them.
Anyhow, we be draining an above ground pool and it had little dampen in the bottom. My husband hurt his ankle past he could finish emptying and storing it, so it get a lot of rainwater and yucky stuff. So, at hours of darkness the Cuban Tree Frogs come and mate. He caught the ones sitting on the edge and threw them as far as he could (a few houses away) but later there be more. There are a ton of eggs in the pool immediately!

Does the state have an irradication program? Is in attendance anything they can do? Trying to kill them one by one isn't going to work.
Call the extension agent for the county you're surrounded by and see what he says.
You have need of to contact Animal Control since killing them is a felony...
