Answers: Many places very soon have charge records online.
Check to see if the county have tax archives posted, or go to the county recorder of deeds, and they should know how to look up the owner of the property.

Click on your state, select your county, and then run to the recorder of deeds. Many have online survey engines.
You could research this at the Hall of Records for your county.
You could also ask the owner.
