Acid or some sort of lye, but it depends on the type of pipe. The same chemical that eats away at the dead animal can also eat away at the pipe...

throw some strong hyrdochloric acid down that drain.. have you tried draino.. that works to unclog my pipes..
oh and by the way.. are you sure the animal is dead?
just use a plumber's snake and push/pull it out. messing with chemicals could destroy the pipe and you'll end up with a huge mess/bill.
Try to get vinegar to the place you need it. It is known as a good disolver of bones and won't hurt your pipes.

Air pressure. make a seal around an air hose shove it in the tube and turn it on.... it should shoot the critter out the other end.
