I would love for the desk to be the same shape as the bay window --cant really find anything online .. anyone have any suggestions? I could have one custom-built, i guess, but it just seems like such a headache. Any other cool-looking desk designs out there for a single guy that needs a really good desk for hardcore software development work ?

Based on the information you provide, it sounds like you need to have the desk custom made. If you intend to stay at your present residence for an extended period of time, the investment makes sense.
