Are swarming termites a sure sign that a house is infested with termites?

Is it possible that they have not infested the house; that they are swarming just like bees looking for a place to nest?

Answers:
No not necessarily! If you see them come out of the wood work then yes. How ever it is swarming season for them suckers. Good Luck.

Other answers:
No just because they are swarming doesn't mean that your house is effected. But I would have a sprayer come out and take a look to make sure
