What is the best way to get rid of a Gopher that is driving me crazy??

I use to work on a golf course and we tried poisons and traps but they never seemed to work. The best way I found to get rid of them may sound a little like caddie shack but it worked. I used a flexible tubing and attached it to the exhaust on our Mazda pickup put the other end in the gopher hole sealed it with dirt and waited. the amount of time you leave it on depends on the length of the tunnel. 15 to 20 minutes should be plenty.Use it on the most recent digging site best in the morning. Hopefully you can get your vehicle to the area where they are digging. I know it sounds crazy but It worked extremely well for us. Good luck

About the only way, I have heard, pardon my humor, but what was trying to drown them. Not always an easy thing to do. I suppose poison might work, but never a good idea. Hope you get some good answers. My mom had that problem, she ended up, being the one to move.
