We have an infestation of crows-NOT PARROTS!- in our (city) neighborhood! How do we get rid of them?

Actually, crows are becoming a problem bird for much of the nation. Some say it is one of the signs from Revelations, other say it is caused by an over abundance of garbage. Sea Gulls are another "pest" bird many complain about.
My suggestion is you send notices to the city and news paper. They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
Personally, I want the animals to win...so..wear ear plugs when you go to bed! Nothing personal, I just adore animals of all kinds.
And not that you need to hear this but, shooting within city limits is against the law.
