How do i undo a charcoal bag without cutting the bag or string?

This sounds very suspicious. Maybe try going in through the bottom if it is folded and glued down there. What are you trying to pull off?

You don't cut the string, you just pull it out.
Unless, of course, you're planning on doing something wrong.
Then you carefully undo the bottom of the bag, and then glue it back together.
Pull the string. That's what it's there for.
Lift it up very high over your head, that's it. Now, with all your strength slam it down... on your head. It will pop right open like an egg.
