How can I refresh the smell of potpourri?

I usually place potpourri in a plastic bag then add a couple of drops of essential oil (what ever you prefer) shake, then replace in original container.

I don't know if this will work, I use to refresh my eucalyptus. I rinse in off with cool water and set it back out. works pretty good. Good Luck!

Add a few drops of the fragrant oil directly onto the potpourri, then toss as if it were a salad. You can repeat this process as often as you need until the original potpourri components start to deteriorate (many pieces lose their ability to hold fragrance).
