A degreaser works completely well on tire grades, probably the best solution for the problem. Degreasers penetrate concrete surfaces to verbs, lift, and remove tire results and similar contaminants. Orange citrus concentrate cleaner is what is used commercially for degreasing and cleaning concrete flooring. Orange citrus concentrate is preferred because at full strength, it makes stain removal spur-of-the-moment and easy. Degreasers only need to be given some time to remove the stain, and repeat applications may be needed. To craft the best use of a degreaser it to wet concrete, work it contained by with a brush and tolerate it sit overnight. Scrub again with a brush and rinse next to cold water.
Then to keep hold of it from happening again use a cure and trademark product. The product will form a barrier lying on the concrete.
