What kind of bee problem do I have?

I have started to do work in my back yard. I have cut trees and took down a patio. All of a sudden friday a bee started to attack me and my father. I heard it by the back of my head then it went to my arm and stung me. As I was running away from it it chased me. Then a hour later it stung my dad in the lip and chased him as ran away too. Then today it chased after my dad a few times. I know for sure it ins't a yellow jacket.. It looks just like a regular bee. What kind of bee does this sound like and what can be done to get rid of it?

The only kind of bee that attacks without warning after being disturbed is an African Killer bee or an Africanized Honey Bee, that is a honey bee that has bred with a African Killer bee. Call your local pest control people, they probably need to catch a few so that they can provide various agencies the information that the bees are on the move if your state has not previously been one Africanized bees are found in. They will also find the hive and kill the rest.

By the way, a previous post said most bees die after stinging, an African Killer bee and Africanized Honey bees do not die after stinging someone, not only that they can sting over and over again without any ill effects to themselves, thats why they are so dangerous.

Hmmmm..... Well.... When i was 6or 8 (I cant remember) I got stung by a bumble bee twice on my face and five times by Japanese yellow jackets on my back. That's what that bee might be that is stinging you and your dad.
