My garden / house is human being invaded by ladybug looking insects. There are 1000's of the outside and inside.
Answers: They are call "Japanese Beetles" and they are a pain to draw from rid of. The best way I own found to get rid of them inside your home is to vacuum them next to a shop vac or a Eureka mighty might, something that can get surrounded by the seal of the skylight or your lighting fixtures.
They like temperature and they go into hibernation contained by the winter, usually up in your attic within the insulation.
Try bombing the house with insect bombs, you can catch them at any hardware store.
They are probably a variety of female bug. If they are like the ones here surrounded by New England, they are a bit bigger, and a bit more orange than the indiginous ladybugs. These, I twig, come from east Asia. They are not harmful, but I enjoy had my walls(for years) covered near them, about presently. When they get inside, they tend to cluster contained by a corner. Perfectly harmless, although it make you wonder what other bugs got within.....

They are Asian Lady Beetles, and VERY annoying. I get heaps of them on the south side of my house, especially in the tumble, and some of them always run to find a way inside.
