Help! Pest emergency!?

Since I moved home plants inside in the nose-dive (I have profusely of home plants), I have be having a problem beside insects looking like tiny-tiny flies (like 40 times smaller than the concrete things).

At first there be just a few and they lived and flied surrounded by or around the pots with the plants, but in a minute it got to the point that they are everywhere, within our bedroom, near the window; even in the places where on earth there are on plants.
Any suggestions?

Please don't answer next to "call the exterminators" because the object I am asking is because I want to solve this problem on my own. I also don't want to use any harmful chemicals.

Thank you adjectives for your answers!

Answers:    what you have are fungus gnats, not fruit flies. The larva live in the soil of over watered plants or plants that you hold to keep drizzly. An exterminator will not be needed and when I get call from potential customers on this they get duplicate answer.

The quickest solution will be to use any water base insecticides that could even be diluted another two times and used as the water you hose the plants. Water the plants with this (if they are food crop trade name sure the product is labeled for them) for at least a couple of waterings.

The surest treatment is to re pot the plants into verbs un-infested soil and then applying a partially inch layer of sand resting on the soil.

There is a Bt product that only effects the larva down in the soil, so it will break the energy cycle of the gnat and the numbers will start to decrease.

Even if you get rid of every plant you had right very soon you will still have some flying gnat buzzing in the order of for a week or so.
Sounds like you brought contained by a bunch of fleas. Sorry, I know of no way to eradicate them lacking "harmful" chemicals. However, a flea infestation in your house, if I am right, is much more detrimental than the chemicals that will get rid of them.

They are manifestly breeding somewhere so you must find out where and verbs out the breeding area. Put the plants out first and consequently deal beside the problem by setting up loads of fly paper to pick up them without using chemicals. You could also swat them as you see them but it may rob a long time to kill them this road. Are they aphids? Like green fly but black? Are the plants dying from the infestation? If so you may have no alternative but to use a chemical insecticide or you could try dampen mixed with vinegar and wash up liquid to exterminate the ones on the plant. This usually works better in summer though as the wash up liquid get rid of their greasy coat and then the vinegar dries up their skin, making them dehydrate and die. .
