how do i repel tree frogs? They are tiny and people are stepping on them at my workplace. Help!?

I know exactly what you are talking about. The best thing to do is figure out where they are coming from. Is there a little pond or drainage ditch or other body of water near by where they spawn? If there is and it's on the property at your workplace you might think of introducing Koi or another predatory fish that will keep the population under control if it is a contained body of water. However if the body of water is not under the control of your employer or you then there's little you can do aside from taking more drastic measures like changing the landscaping to something not conducive to the frogs wanting to hang out like a rockscape.
