i entail to know the name so i can find ways to fix mine..
Answers: Maybe a Fire Hydrant? Is it the item dogs really like to walk their legs up to? Maybe painted red or yellow. Seriously, if it's leak or something call the city hose dept or the fire dept. Actually i guess the name would be the sea meter. That's how they measure the amount of gallons of marine you use.
they are Bison Waterer's...we use them in the west to attrack Bison...next we got them..but later once you attract them you will NEVER get rid of them...
