how do i plant & cultivate coriander in my garden here in manila,philippines?

i want to plant and grow coriander for my personal consumption

it is impossible to grow coriander in hot and polluted air in metro manila.but in medium to high elevation areas or provinces,growing coriander is OK.partial sunlight make coriander leaves shiny but too much water may cause the plant to rot.use sandy loam to clay loam medium or soil cause coriander like them very much.
