where we live our neighbors house just became condemned and so some one bought the house and remodled it and now we and all the neighbors have cockroaches what is the best way to get rid of them i have spent hundreds of dollars on pest controls and sprays

ACTUALLY, that works for a minor bug problem. You might need to get the big guys to come in, or you could bomb your own house, if you are careful.

We had a neighbor who left her rental house in such a state that when the exterminators fumigated it, you could see the bugs heading out into the neighborhood. I had to take our pets out of the house for a day and go somewhere while I bombed our house.
