Does anyone have scummy neighbors like I do?

I've noticed that a lot of people are venting and sharing their own experiences. My advice is for you to be proactive. Install a video surveillance system to protect yourself and your property. If they break the law...turn them in. My neighbors are less than acceptable. I've installed a video system. They know about it and they keep their distance. You can't control how others live. Yet, you can protect yourself and your property.

Life is unfair...just be glad you have a nice house...I was homeless when i was a kid for 6 years and now we live in a one bedroom apt (there are 5 of us)...puts your very little problem into perspective..doesn't it!
I understand. But why do you care?Unless their littering on your property it's none of your bees wax! At least you don't have neighbors tlike I do! I live in a small apartment complex. Our upstairs neighbors a re TOTAL slobs. They constantly litter things over their deck which in turn land on our patio. Then, to make matters worse-the daughter comes over with her five screaming brats and procede to pull up all of my plants and litter in the community yard! So feel lucky-At least they're not invading your space. You should be glad yo have such a beautiful place to live in. Maybe you could offer to help them fix up their place if it bugs you so much. Oh my, you live on the same block I do! lol, The people across the street from me are the same way, we also get woke up at 3 in the morning because of ther fighting. What really gets me is when we are having a lightning storm and the tornado signals are going off, the husband climbs out of his bedroom window to stand on his roof next to his A/C unit to watch!

Good luck when you try to sell your house my friend. I'm guessing your property value has gotten cut in half if not more thanks to them.
No, I dont have bad neighbors. One of my neighbors have a billion cats, and the other has chickens. Other then that, thats all. Why are you so concerned with the way these people live. But if they are making you look bad, you can tell the police or some other law enforcment about it.
Call the board of health on them. People like that can depreciate the value of your property. I am sorry that you have to live next to people like that. I hope they lose their house or move. For your sake. If all else fails call the cops on them because usually people who climb in and out of a window are crackheads. They maybe selling drugs or something. I would try to get rid of them.
