How can I stop the local tom cat constantly peeing on my front door. I love cats so it has to be kind.?

My new door (PVC) does not stain but the pee gets though the rubber seal and lays in the floor seal gap..the smell then flows into house.I swab it out every day and refresh the area. Ive tried enzyme soap liquid as I understand that bleach does not work as it tempts the cats to over-pee the smell.It tends to build up a white stain on the step.Does not
stop him.

Im trying Jeyes Fluid on the step (yes,it stains too)+ over
close conifer plants that the pee is also killing off.
Its not deterring the lad. All help welcome...thanks.

I Use To Have That Problem When I Lived Out In The Country, The Kindest Way To Get Rid Of The Cat Problem, Is To Put Out " MOTH BALLS" Around The House Or The Offending Area, It Wont Hurt The Cat, But He Will Leave The Area.
