I would go with Rockford or MI. Dominion Homes has been in the paper for making bad deals with low income families. Making there payments affordable for the first year then jack the mortgage up so they have to foreclose on the house.
There are NO home builders in Columbus Ohio. There may be HOUSE builders, but a HOUSE is not a HOME until someone moves into it.
