Why does the cold dampen die when I'm taking a shower, disappearing zilch but scalding hot hose down?

This happens almost every 60 seconds, around 15 or 20 seconds.


Answers:    Lack of sea pressure, we have that problem within the mornings, this is why, I opt for a shower after 8 p.m.
Most are through with the grassland, dishwashing & laundry.
