HELP! I just tried to go to bed went in my room flip the light on and a mouse ran out from under my bed....?

now I am scared to go into the bedroom what can I do my husband is at work and I am here by myself terrified of mice?

Answers:
you could sleep with the light on in your bedroom,
or you could sleep on the sofa,
or you could go to the store and buy some glue traps (providing you don't have a dog or cat that would get caught in them), and then put them around where you saw the mouse scamper to and from. they generally stick to the same paths.
you could also remember that that teeny tiny mouse is more afraid of you than you are of it. it will not bite you, as you are not a tasty morsel of cheese or peanut butter. the reason it is in the house is probably because it is so cold or hot outside. it is in the bedroom as it is making a nest (or has one already).
I advise you to get plenty of traps - sometimes there is one, and sometimes there is a family. they are not as terrifying as you think, we have had them before and you just need to keep your cool and let the traps do the work (and let your hubby take care of it from there).
Oh, make sure you have no food out in the bedroom, kitchen or anywhere else, or you may find little black things by the nibbled food - the mouse left its calling card. scrub down the counters regardless. (keep the crumb tray at the bottom of the toaster cleaned out too, and the oven as well)
Good luck!

ps - giggle, did you take your broom with you when you went back in?

Other answers:
set up mouse traps and leave for the day
set up mouse traps and leave for the day
looks like you have to sleep on the couch my friend, husband will get it later.
it's MUCH more scared of you

get some rest
If it's a little mouse, it's probably about 10 times more scared of you than you are of it.

Put some traps out - glue traps I think are preferable to the traditional spring-loaded things, but up to you. If you use the glue traps, sprinkle a few seeds or something on top of the glue to attract the mouse to it.
ARE YOU SHORE YOUR TAMPAX HAS NOT COME OUT SORRY ONLY JOKING
Borrow a neighbour's cat to go catch it. Owls and snakes like rodents too.

Just bounce it on the couch until your husband comes back home.
if you are terrified of mice call a friend and stay with them...but if it ran out try to at least get it out of the room and put something heavy at the bottom of the door so it won't get back in
Until your Ole man gets home & no cat or traps handy .....Id go get some crackers, cheese, peanut butter, or any other goodie a mouse likes too eat and place it in the farthest corner away from your bed along the wall. and try to relax. They dont like noise either so put a radio besides the bed on the floor.. Count sheep not mice!! Sweet Dreams.....EEEEk EEEEk! lol!
