What happen to my other mouse trap?

I set out 4 traps yesterday. This morning when I woke up, I have a inert mouse in 1 of the traps and the 2 I put on the counter are still bait, and 1 of them is just plain gone. Do mice drag traps around?
Man this is freaking me out! Where do you focus that other trap went? I hold looked arount the kitchen for it, and its just nowhere. Suggestions would be productive as I am flipping out over this missing mouse trap. What if something so big got contained by it, its dragging it around somewhere snapped onto its neck?

Answers:    If it caught the mouse but didn't shoot it right away, the mouse drug it off. Unless it with the sole purpose caught his tail, he probably didn't get too far near it.
I bet someone stole it
