My husband insists that he stopped the dogs from digging up the bulbs and flowers by using their feces in the planting holes. But, I would say that teaching the dog not to do it Cesar's Way was more effective :)
Sprinkle cayenne pepper around your flowers, he DEFINITELY won't like that.
