Have you had problems getting La Redoute to deliver stuff you have ordered? If so, what happened?
That was months ago. I have written to them, sent messages by recorded delivery and email. No response from them at all.
Have any Yahoo! users had similar problems with La Redoute? I would like to know what I have to do to get the company to respond to my messages. My local council trading standards officer said there is nothing he can do. He told me to write to La Redoute, and tell the company I intend to take them to the Small Claims Court. But that would cost me money, and there is no guarantee that I would get it back.
I can't think of any way of getting my money back. Could anyone reading this help me out?

I have never found them to be too much of a problem. Their deliveries are always slow and their Customer Services do take some time to respond to queries but other than that, I have found them ok.
