consider water channels or punching a well or u can set up portable irrigation like they use on commercial crops,or just pray for rain
If you have a ditch or small stream running through the field you can make a ditch (or stream) dam and force the water into the field to flood irrigate it. If you don't have any water via the ditch or stream you could contact your septic guy and see if his daily "septic pump jobs" are "clean" enough to have him dump it on your fields. Even though that is a gross thought, it has been used in the early days as a source for water. You'd have to check the consequences with a vet or someone to see if there would be any adverse reactions to the cows. To me, it's no different than using the manure from feed lots to fertilize the fields. I'll pray for rain, for you. Good Luck
