When you say rich, do you mean the people? Or do you mean the high cost of living? Try Aspen. Rich people and high cost of living...both nicely nestled amongst the mountains...

Practically anything up north and along I-70 west of Denver. Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, Denver, Boulder.

I wouldn't call Colorado Springs a rich city. There's rich areas, but overall, no.

And definitly not Larkspur. I don't know if I'd call Larkspur a city either. It's very small. Their biggest excitement is hosting the Renaissance festival every year.

The five I mentioned are up there. And I've been to every one of them. I don't particularly care for Aspen. I think there's nicer spots in this beautiful state. It's overrated.

Breckenridge is my favorite spot. It's very artsy too. Boulder is nice to visit. I wouldn't want to live there. It's a different world there! The people are very different. (That's why they call themselves the 'Peoples Republic of Boulder') hehehe......
