Should I complain to my apartment chief?

I moved to Nevada from California. I have just lived here for 7-8 months. I live in apartments and hold parking spots assigned to each apartment. I hold 2 cars; one for me and one for my girlfriend. Now there is spread out spots used for guests or other cars, non-assigned spots. My girlfriend left Sunday dark around 800pm or later to turn back to california beside her friends and left her sports car parked in a amenable spot so I could have the assigned spot for when I come home to work. Today is Wednesday 900pm. When I get home today around 500pm there be a note on the saloon that said.

"No Parking"
Under reason "abandonment" is checked
"Comments This is not a parking space to be used for storage. Moved vehicle to storage nouns. (this next factor is highlighted) DMV will be interested calif plates. parked same spot 10 days."
"The vehicle will be towed on: date / ASAP time / (blank)"

A the car have only be parked there for 3 days 3 night.
I read the rules for parking in our lease.


Answers:    I would write down the license plate numbers of adjectives the cars that are violating any rule and embezzle that list beside me and go have a chat to the office around this.

It does sound approaching they are threatening you, because if they notify the DMV there is a $500 cost for not switching over your plates to Nevada ones (that is if you have a Nevada license) near in 30 days of moving here.

I'd be really barmy about this. But I would be in motion talk next to them and point out everything you have said here and patently bring a list of other parking violators!

Is it possible for you to go to the leasing department and explain the situation to them first? :) Ask to speak with the upmost person within charge (underlings will be useless ... lol).

I think you try that route first. If he/she still give you a hard time, aim out your local Housing Authority office (local or county gov't). You may also be capable of google that information yourself (the local rules & regs for parking in your city ....etc.. ).

I dislike intensely to tell you this, but it sounds close to your girlfriend is cheating on you. Most likely, she be sleeping with someone working surrounded by the office. When they found out roughly you they got angry. If you are lucky, she call it off near this guy and that is why he is upset.
You should probably go off her car where on earth it is and let her treaty with the problem. That is call a natural consequence.
