I have several potted plants surrounded by my house, and 2 of my Amarylis have what appears to be white mold growing adjectives over the surface of the dirt. That cant be good for the plant, or my nearest and dearest.
1) How do I get rid of it minus killing the Amarylis?
2) How do I prevent it from growing surrounded by the future? They are within the sun alot, and I only wet them once a week, so I dont how this mold is able to grow.
Answers: You can dilute 10mls of bleach to 100mls of river. Place in a spray bottle and of late spray the solution around the soil. It would help lacking harming the Amarylis. Good luck!
gather the mold from the surface then apply a top dressing of small gravel.
