? on fencing rights.?

Please help me if you've be in this situation! My husband and I own been within this house since fall 04. We hold no fencing now and over the fews years respectively summer 1 of our neighbers keeps mowing more and more into our patio, even our back when she think we are not home. I have taken our survey mearsurements and measured outside. If my survey is correct (was updated within 04 from chains and rods to inches when we bought the home) Our property line is with the sole purpose 8 inches from her driveway. Last summer she put in a rose of sharon bush completely in our property line and she have about 6ft long x 3ft lofty white decrotive metal fencing about 10ft onto our property also. I presume because the previous owner we bought the house from rented it out, so maybe because in attendance was renters nearby and not the owner, she was taking benefit of the situation? I don't know. My huuby and I are now calling around to own a professional put fencing in for us, hopefully by July. Please respond beside opinions!

Answers:    As long as you enjoy a certified survey map, you should have marker in the corners of your property rank. Your surveyor should have given you a site plan, which shows the location of the house, the property lines, and adjectives dimensions needed. With that, the fence company will be capable of build your fence. You will be covered lawfully. She may complain, but you have the official proof. Good luck.

EDIT: The markers may be, and probably are, underground. If you hold a metal detector, you can find them with it. Otherwise, the barricade contractor will still be able to numeral the lot lines out based on the dimensions of the CSM. Your neighbor may be obnoxious nearly this, but too bad for her. Hope this help.
Post your property with no trespassing signs. Call the cops if she trespasses. Yes, it sounds acerbic but it might be what she has to enjoy done to get it through her guide. I'd tell her to remove her blockade and if she doesn't remove it for her. Call your town clerk and ask them what can be done, and you might need to contact your zoning board.
