I currently have a 3 bed house contained by a village, unhappily i do not drive and getting anywhere is difficult. I have a son who is almost 2 and my daughter is almost 5. Trying to return with an exchange is hard as the estate i live on have a reputation. Would i be classed as overcrowded in a 2 bedroom? Anyone know if the Housing Association would allow me to consider a 2 bed considering i own a boy and a girl?
Answers: You would def need a 3 bedroom House. Can the HA not rehouse you surrounded by a nicer area on the grounds that you discern your Children are unsafe. Good Luck!
your kids are aloud to share a room till the age of 7 after that because its a boy and girl they need a seperate bedroom. I live contained by northern ireland rules might be different, you should speak to your housing officer merely to be a little bit clearer
