Answers: We installed a sort of vent lever that closes the vent downstairs and only leaves the vent open upstairs. That track it cools the upstairs first and the cold air drops down so it make every thing much more even. We have to install it in the duct work fundamental to the air conditioner/furnace blower. It works the differing way contained by the winter when the furnace is on. Warm air contained by the lower level and it rises and so everything stays even. You can close part of the pack or all of the vent down stairs. What ever you need. Saves sparkle too. You can get it at a hardware store and put it contained by yourself if you are handy with stuff close to that or hire someone to put it in for you.
As you know, hot nouns rises whereas cold temperature settles down. Maybe your AC be not in a right position so you may requirement an experts advice to look for a flawless spot to place the unit so that cold nouns could be equally distributed into the entire room and have the expert check if the unit's cooling size matches the space.
