Apartments?

when you move in, do they generally re-paint and put surrounded by new carpet?

Answers:    It depends on where on earth you live. My wife has worked in the apartment industry for over 20 years and contained by Atlanta where we live, they have to repaint every time someone have moved out. As for the carpet, they have to steam verbs it unless it's so bad they replace it.
sometimes you can request it but you need to hold that in writing before you move within.

But normally, no. What you see is what you get. When you saturate out your checklist when you first walk through, make sure you data how bad the carpet be or the chipped paint. That way when you move out you will have proof that you didn't do it. Sometimes they'll try to influence you damaged the carpet/walls and you won't get your deposit spinal column.
yes they repaint but "clean" carpets.
If there have been a cat or dog there ... ably you get my drift, if you are allergic ... could be a problem. be careful No they don't. Sorry. Find a place that looks nice "before" you move into it.
