Automatically turn on lights at a given time?

I am looking for a light switch timer / alarm that will automatically turn on the lights at a given time - basically like an alarm clock, but near light instead of audio. Perhaps here is a way to reverse auto-off timers if an auto-on adaptation doesn't exist?

Yes, there are timers that you select the time to switch on and bad on a daily cause. Some allow multiple times per day. Plug into an outlet and plug your storm lantern into the timer and Bob's Your Uncle.
