Help! I need an answer by a professional! I live surrounded by a cement-block 2 story house, and I found termites in a wooden doorframe on the first floor. (it's the simply wooden doorframe downstairs) Do I need to enjoy only the doorframe taken concern of and the surrounding area, include the upstairs too, and/ or do I stipulation to also go out into the courtyard and look for the nest and queen? I've spoken to 3-4 exterminators and got a different answer from respectively one!! I've coped with mice, cockroaches, a snake and even a camel-spider (huge item, size of your hand) but this it totally new to me! By the bearing, I live in Ashkelon, Israel, not far from the periphery of the city, hence all the creatures coming into my house!! HELP!
Answers: I wouldnt be disturbing any of the door frames a short time ago yet. YOu will hold to remove/kill them off first until that time start replacing timber frames etc.
One of the best treatments on the market at the moment would enjoy to be Termidor.
This chemical has a delayed effect of bloodshed the termite which allows it to be poisoned and then own enough time to return to the nest and next infect the rest of the colony.
