Bills - paperwork? Do I want it for anything?

I do online banking with most of my credit cards etc, and my store cards I other pay off contained by full at the end of every month.

I seem to enjoy an abundance of paperwork as I'm scared of throwing anything out. Do you guess it would be okay to shred everything?

I've recently started a new phone contract, so I'm going to shred adjectives of my old phone bills from before my tentative term started.

I know that I might have to preserve some bank statements etc - how long do you think would be logical to keep.

I've also just started working full-time after anyone a student, and have loads of letters from SAAS. Would I be alright in recent times to keep the yearly statements from them? i.e. recitation you what you owe?

Answers:    bank statements should be kept for at least 7 years due to income import tax time you may need them.
as for bills I keep them for 3 months later I shred...
