Breach of contract or not?

I bought a new townhome. The builder did not move out the 6"-8" of concrete foundation visible and place siding adjectives the way to the ground. There be two huge holes under the siding. They disappeared a hole in the wall where on earth sink pipe enters. The inspector I hired missed both of these. The grade in vertebrae of home is incorrect. Just found out there be an issue of the county denying permits initially due to unstable underwater clay being used and very soon my backyard has held dampen for 10 months and the grass keeps dying.
Was the realtor or builder responsible for sharing clay info and do I hold a case against the builder and/or inspector?

Answers:    Sounds similar to you have some issues to clear up. The 6-8" inches of perceptible to concrete to to prevent moisture from contacting the siding. In addition, backfiling beside clay will cause significant drainage problems down the road. If you live within a colder climate the moisture in the clay and freeze and expand pushing or cracking your foundation. Fixing the 6-8 inch problem is undemanding. Also the hole for the sink is not a major problem, both would incentive more headaches for you than the builder and he/she would probably still not fix them. However, your standing wet problem is from heavy clay, out of place pitch or poor drainage system such as or lack of sewers. Contact your public works department and own them evaluate your water problem. Fixing this step will be both costly and a key project including heavy equiptment if it is done correctly. This would be an issue to pursue justifiably. I would try the BBB first. Then small claims court. Also try to find out who the builder's insurance is through. You might be able to folder a claim without his or her practice or cooperation. Good luck.
There are lemon laws. Try going to the Clerk of Courts surrounded by your area and seeing what he or she can do for you. They shouldn't obtain away with this, but you should own complained sooner.
