Can anyone relate me how to prepare green beans to freeze?

It's what i do !
i cut them and after put them in a zip lock and do my best to remove any nouns that is there!
i also hear for GREAT freezing techniques get a cookie sheet and lay everything out flat (beans anything you want to freeze)
and freeze it once they are frozen after put them in a bag i guess ith elps hold things from freezing to gether!
