Can I fit an electric oven-cooker myself?

I got it second appendage and it doesn't have a cable. If I own to get it fitted by an electrician, is it expensive?

Answers:    don't listen to pauline. yes you can do it,, but insurance (if they find out ) wont cover you. product sure you are on a 32 amp circuit, make sure the power is OFF, produce sure you have bought 10mm cable,,, and its only just like electric wiring a plug.
Is it an oven or is it a cooker?

MOST (single) ovens these days can be fitted beside a flex and plug and connected into a socket. If it needs connecting to an existing circuit, consequently 50-60 quid in total would be more than believable.

If a new circuit is required later 100-150 is closer to the mark.
comfortable. replacement cords are available everywhere. just check the plate on the rear legs to see what the required amperage is and go to the home store. obviously I'm assuming that you already have 220 electrical service to the desired location. except then it get dicey.
