Can i grow shrooms from store bought cow droppings and spore syringe ?

I have heard once formerly that you could get cow manure from a store[[organic]]obvz.
And place it beneath a tree in the shade,
inject the patties near the syringe and let it
rain and a couple days after nearby will be psilocybin mushrooms there.
Does this method work ?
