Can I live trap a animal that comes on my property.?
Answers: you should call your local animal control or state wildlife department. respectively state/city have different regulations regardng trapping/klling wildlife. i am not sure if you want to trap a fox yourself since they can get vicious and it could be much more treacherous to handle than say a squirrel or skunk - animal control should know how to help you. you can buy live traps from hardware stores or use repellent around your property. i don't recommend killing them (by traps or poison - it's dubious!) since we have to learn to live beside wild animals...animal control should be able to relocate the fox and you should know how to repell the skunk and other critters. good luck!
Depends on the jurisdiction, and if the animal is endangered etc. I would guess you can, but call for your police department to make sure, if they don't know they would know who does. If the policeman/woman says progress ahead, be sure you get their name! run to Lowes and buy some critter repellant to sprinkle around the perimeter of your yard . I use it around my garden and nil gets in it. There is several brands to choose from.
