There wasn't enough room in the trash can that we put out surrounded by the curb the night before the litter gets collected so I just moved out it at the side of the house. It's been a week now and when I tried to put that pouch inside of the trash can, I heard major buzzing sounds. It sounded resembling flies at first but it was a lot of buzzing and it last for 30 seconds or so. They sounded really irritated. :-/
Answers: Flies got into the purse overnight, or maggots turned into flies.
