ok i live on the first floor of my apartment and when my sisters are loud they stomp on the floor and sometimes they do it when we r just watching tv and arent making any noise what so ever and so we get so fed up with it we started to pound on the ceiling and they only just kept on doing it back we dont know if its a mom with kids or if they are elderly but its getting REALLY annoying what should i do should we combat on pounding on the celing or should we go up stairs and talkto them or go to the planner and consult them?
