Venus Fly Trap?
Answers: If there is mold growing on the dirt and moss, after you probably have the humidity too high-ranking in the nouns that you are growing your Venus fly traps. Contrary to what most people believe, Venus fly traps don't require illustrious levels of humidity. I live surrounded by Boulder, Colorado and the humidity here is quite low during the summer (30% or lower), and I grow adjectives of my plants outside and they thrive. So, first off, I would recommend lowering the humidity that you enjoy the plant growing in.
To attain rid of the mold, I would simply repot the plant. If you need to swot how to repot the plant, you can read here:

When you repot the plant, make sure to inspect the rhizome (the white bulb division of the plant) to make sure none of the mold have spread to it. If it has, I would cut sour any infected part.
