My husband and I bought ours in Sept of 2005 and enjoy had to enjoy a jet fixed because it leak and then the keypad go out as well. Come to find out, the knob pad that be in it wasn't even the right one!! That be all below the 1 year full warranty. Now it's leaking AGAIN from a different spot and they're maxim I have to recompense a $60 service fee for the guy to come out, later 45% of the repair bill for parts. I'm not happy at adjectives and not sure what to do. This is the 3rd thing that's gone wrong surrounded by 2 1/2 years. This is our first hot tub, is this normal? It's not even a "bottom of the line" tub, not top serrate, but we paid around $5k and its in the order of a 4-6 person spa. Extra jet, waterfall, lights, etc.
Answers: Yes sorry to state but that brand is awful. I own seen four of them and the average repair have been huge. Bad plumbling that be not thought out by a qualified contrive. Worse work done by who ever fits the jets..(Do they even drizzling test?) The proof of adjectives good companies is contained by the warranty and dealer. Not how cheap or expensive it is. With that said for 5k you should obtain a decent mid band tub but I state that is not one of them...BRING on the Attorneys! It's a bottom feeder and so are it's dealer usually.
