Waterbugs...how do you catch rid of them or at smallest prevent them?

Hi! I live in East TX...and it is highly humid here...we have waterbugs everywhere...they look resembling roaches...the thing is we are getting them within our house...i hate them!!

Are than any home remedies to obtain rid of them or at least prevent them from getting surrounded by the house?

Answers:    the water bugs look close to roaches because they are an outdoor roach...treating entry points with a residual will give support to keep them out...if you are seeing copious immature roaches along near the large adults near may be a water trickle in inevitability of correction. they feed stale of decaying cellulose so make sure at hand isn't an old fire wood stack to hand the home along with substantial trees with hollow spot or rotting wood around the structure. If you use boric sour don't sprinkle it outside it will act as a long enduring herbicide
ive been have the same problem. the steam and we been getting alot of rainfall lately. i was told to find a powder called "boric acid". you can carry it from any walgreens and just sprinkle a short time around the corners and edges of the walls. this is a great insect killer, and if the dampen bugs step in this, they will die, if they trade name it back to any clandestine nest in ur home, the rest of them will die as ably. just bought mine yesterday and havent see one since! =)
