We hold 10 stray Cat's that live contained by subsequent doors garden using our garden as a toilet?

I'm at my wits end, we hold tried everything possible to keep these cat's out of our garden, we own a young son and we can't set out his toys out anymore as they get sprayed on by the Toms.

My grassland is littered with piles of Cat poop

I've tried
Orange crust (Worked a little surrounded by winter)
Orange oil on the obstruction (Does nothing)
A mix of Garlic powder/Cumin/Ginger & Cloves sprinkled over the flower beds (which works until it rains)
That blue gel Keep bad stuff (works until it rains)
3 Sonic sound things dotted around (they do nothing)
A Sonic hand held point (Does Nothing)
Onion and Garlic
(I even chopped it all up really fine and sprinkled it on my pasture in winter, but can't so that within summer)

I wouldn't mind so much if they were domestic pets, but they are adjectives stray's(and they keep breeding), my elderly neighbour keep feeding them regardless of what everybody else say to her. They top up their diet on birds as well, so we can no longer nurture the Birds

Please help

Answers:    The item that I have found that works great is cayenne pepper. The fresher it is, the better. Cats close to to sniff around, so liberally apply it to your garden or areas that they frequent. It does call for to be applied after irrigation or rain, so this is single a temporary fix at best.

In the meanwhile, contact you local animal control. I know surrounded by my town there is a directive that you can only hold three cats at the most (more if you have a nursing mother, but nearby is a time limit on that). Where these are strays, here are a lot of diseases that they safekeeping and there is a lofty possibility that they could have rabies or worse because they haven't be to the vet for shots and such.

If nothing else, gain the water hose after them. Cats disgust water. My mom used to other chase ours (we had barn cats when I be growing up) out of the garden with the hose and like mad of screaming. After a while they only needed to see her within that garden and they would run!
Cruel but you need to report the elderly neighbour to the Council Environmental Health Department.

By feed these cats, she's encouraging them and their soiling of your garden is putting the health of your young-looking son (emphasise this when you ring them) at risk.

They may either look in or write to her about this describing her to stop and if the cats are proper strays - and not owned collar-less cats - they may be able to arrange for their collection.
You can buy cat repellant sprays contained by all worthy homeware shops and iv heard they are pretty pious. one thing for sure u should try, seeing as u enjoy tried all this anyway, is to carry a sprinkler system, that works everytime it detects movement, so it sprays water on movement, one entry cats hate is sea. let me know if that help. good luck. we have the same problem too. its so annoying isnt it. :)
