What are devout colors together?

I am writing a book, and in my story the family unit is really rich with huge bedrooms, and I want colors for a six-year old girl, and a thirteen year old-fashioned girl's bedrooms.

Answers:    Complimentary colors are always flawless - red/green, purple/yellow and blue and orange, but most general public don't want to paint their homes with these colors so I would suggest analogous colors which are colors that sprawl next to respectively other on the color wheel.

Obviously the colors will make over depending on the girls' personality - the six year outdated might have pallid yellow or pink or something girlish, and the 13 year weak might have something a short time more mature, depending on appetite. Be creative!
