What can i plant on very badly dry steep embankment the soil is horrible and rocky?
Answers: I have the same problem on my hindmost hillside because the soil is so poor (DG). After failing with other plants (bougainvilla) which everyone at the nursery said would grow, I planted acacia which is what they use along the freeway embankment. It is flourishing, needs little wet and even comes out with a fine little flower during the spring and early summer. It spreads, too, so you involve to follow the spacing instructions as it is a faster growing plant.

The answer of Junipers is a honourable one. There are also many other plants that will survive on your guard. A lot of evergreen smaller shrubs will work. I live in an nouns that is rocky and being an landscaper, hold had to concord with this habitually. You might also want to consider putting a series of three to five rocks throughout the embankment. This will help beside erosion as well as administer you a decorative look.
